Sunil Bharadwaj Behara is a seasoned HR leader with over 14 years of experience across MNCs, medium-sized companies, and tech startups. He has successfully executed HR business strategies and projects, as well as restructured HR practices in various countries including UAE, Singapore, Bahrain, and India. Sunil has a diverse industry exposure in Information Technology, Metro Rail, Aviation, Retail, and Hospitality. With core functions in recruiting and hiring strategy, onboarding experience development, HR policy and compliances, payroll and compensation, benefits and perks, employee relations, ATS, and HRMS implementation, legal contracts management, performance management, change management, succession and employee retention, reporting and documentation, grievance management, internal and external audits, rewards and recognition, talent engagement, and culture enablement workshops, Sunil has a comprehensive understanding of the HR landscape. Currently, Sunil is the Head of HR at Freight Deck, where he is responsible for leading the People and Culture team, managing change management initiatives, and setting up HR verticals. Sunil holds an MBA in International Business, Personnel Economics, and HR from the University of Aberdeen and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
